I like to have Club Sandwich from start to end. When sandwich was served, I enjoy to see its plating. And then I feel its texture and taste. Whole process is just like religious “service” to me.

So I introduce very delicious club sandwich of Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel only for you.

It’s so big size sandwich, isn’t it?

And look at this chips! It’s steak fries. Big and thick! As you can see, chips are in the basket with paper. This is the real 5-star plating. I’ll tell you why chefs have to put chips in the basket with paper.

1. It keeps high temperature.
2. So guest can feel more tasty for longer time.
3. It’s good for hygiene.

Now it’s time to enjoy it. It’s pretty big. So I couldn’t put it into my mouth at one time. Check each ingredient! It’s very fresh and colorful! White, yellow, brown, red and green. These are the colors of healthy food from mother nature.

Behind Story

Until 2023 March, This hotel’s sandwich was pretty bad. I was so disappointed its taste and plating.

However, since a new chef came to the hotel, the sandwich have been improved. It was not a simple improvement, but a task of adding a new character to the sandwich. Just as people have their own characters, we have entered an era where hotels also need their own characters. Especially if there are multiple hotels of the same brand in one city, characters become a really important strategy and weapon.

Even after improvements, the chef did not use the basket. I spoke with the lobby lounge manager about using the basket, and the chef brought a new fries with the basket. Thank you F&B Director k. Mathieu and Executive Chef k. Tomas!
