Executive Chef Chanawin Supsin
One day of 2018, I met chef k. Chanawin.
When I first saw him, I didn’t realize he was the executive chef. I just thought he was one of the chefs at the hotel. Because I thought he looked very young. I found out late that he was the executive chef of the Westin hotel.
He communicated with guests every morning at the breakfast buffet. And every evening he talked with guests in the lounge. His eye contact is quick and accurate. He quickly identifies what hotel guests want and offers it at a five-star level.
He has already had more than 300 Indian weddings in Hua Hin. So, he knows what the hotel should show its guests. He has both a macro and a micro perspective.
His accumulated knowledge and vast experience are his own ability to cope with any situation. So many events are being successfully held at the Westin Hotel.
In addition, he excels in individual(bespoke) services for VIP guests of the Westin hotel. Many VIP guests, including myself, are very satisfied. The details of his service are already higher than the five-star level.
