K. Fai, Beyond Supervisor

Do you know k.Fai?
She was the best bartender and mixologist in Westin Bangkok. Of course, it’s more than that now. I want to use the word “Beyond”.

I personally prefer a non-alcoholic mocktail. During my stay at the Westin Bangkok Hotel, I enjoyed mocktails almost every day. Of course, I requested a mocktail made with the creativity of the bartender, not the mocktail on the menu.

As you know, the mocktail on the menu has a stable taste. No matter which bartender makes it, it tastes almost the same.

However, the taste of the mocktail based on creativity varies greatly. Every time I drank a mocktail made by K. Fai, I felt the best satisfaction. She knows exactly the taste and mixing ratio of each ingredient. In addition, she has the smartness to remember the tastes of customers asking for a mocktail.

I personally like ginger mocktail. No, I can say I “love” it very much.

K.fai knows exactly what I like. Enjoying various versions of ginger-themed mocktail is the best pleasure I can experience at a Westin stay. Look at the picture below.

 

 

 

 

 

The Lobby Lounge 0f Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park Hotel.

 

 

 

 

Now, as of 2023, she is working at the Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park Hotel.

I visited the hotel to meet her last March.

She was promoted to supervisor and was managing the lobby lounge perfectly.
After greeting her warmly, I asked for a mocktail that she made herself. After a while, she gave me a perfect and overwhelming mocktail. I asked for a name. Then she asked me to give it a name. I took a sip of the mocktail. And the following name came to my mind.

 

“Summer Kiss”

 

Wow! She was happy with the name I gave her.
If you visit this hotel, I recommend it as a mocktail that you must try. Why I put the word “kiss” in the name, you have to drink it to know.

While I’m drinking a mocktail, k. Fai had complete control of the lobby lounge. She greeted all the guests and took the order at the right time. It was more advanced than what I saw at the Westin Bangkok Hotel before.

In addition, she was showing great leadership to the staff who followed her. If you want to see her, visit the hotel after 3 pm. You will enjoy the drink with the best service in Bangkok.

 

Her position is supervisor. So she doesn’t make drinks, but who knows? Maybe she can make a drink for you herself.
